Wrong parts were ordered which caused a delay in the repairs, leading to an extra visit to collect a courtesy car, though on reflection our car was delivered back to our address which was nice.

I'm sick of not getting the correct price for the job. I get quoted one price then look on the dealers website and find it cheaper. This always seems to happen. I pay the right price in the end but I should be quoted the right price at the start.

Warm welcome and quick turnaround at competitive price
After puncturing my tyre wall on a Sunday morning I called Soper Mini on Monday they had the correct tyre in stock, a space was made for me in their schedule and before mid-day I was driving away with the problem solved in my freshly valeted car.
