My car had finger and hand prints on the outside
From arrival to collecting car I was looked after professionally.
I was kept fully informed about the cars condition and needs.
Very helpful staff, kept me informed about what they were doing and the outcome of their investigation.

Purchased from a dealer who was not local (Lincoln) but gave excellent service - far better than the local one (Swindon). Delivered to my door without issue.
You go in to mini to take care only to be told you need to go to the bmw bit, because mini are having re fit or something like that, its been going on for a while now.
Staff are always professional and friendly a pleasure to deal with.

Found I had to wait on arrival and collection. Was told by the lady I ended up seeing anyway I had to go to the reception desk first. Would like to have collected loan car the night before but was told you dont do this anymore-apparently you do!

After the work had been completed there was a half hour delay before I got the keys back in BMW service dept.
I arrived early by mistake, the staff were very helpful and managed to get my service done early
I was left waiting quite a while for someone to collect my keys even though I was in a rush.

My recall letter said the task would take an hour and Soper required my car all day I took the car in at 8.30 and didnt get it back until after 6pm the receptionist had gone home and the keys were left on the desk for me

I am not completely comvinced that the problem with my exhaust has gone althugh I am told that the exhaust has been replaced

Although they had my mini all day they failed to wash & vkwannmy car stating the wash dept had to leave early. I was given a voucher but i dont live locally so very inconvenient in time & fuel to make a return trip. I was disappointed
As mentioned, the wait time was excessive and I felt like I was the one who had to keep chasing for updates. Pick up was disappointing, didn't feel special at all. Didn't get the right cable for my car and no CS follow-up AT ALL!
They are brilliant people to deal with
I usually drop off my vehicle before work, I start at 8am. It is inconvenient that the gate is not open until 8.15am. The past two occasions I have dropped off I have arrived at Mini to be redirected to BMW. It would help to be told beforehand

The car had to be kept in for a week to have a fault rectified. We were given a courtesy car and kept up to date with progress. Car was valeted on collection.
At Sopers in Lincoln I dealt with Richard in sales and Phil on the finance both were excellent.
The salesman and business manager listened and didn't mess us around
Chris has always ensured that any work has been completed to the high standard expected by both him and the customer (i.e. us).
90 minute wait app took 2 hours no apology.
I had to wait 10 days to get ,my mini into the workshop - it needed a bulb, but the dealership did not have one - nor did the part come over night - this arrived some 3 days later then the dealership fitted the part whilst I waited.
Not completely satisfied as I asked for my wipers to be checked but werent. Also my asked to check my tyre depth on the tread having already checked myself and seeing there was only 2mm left on all 4 and the technician said there was 4/5mm!!???
The service team kniw what they are doing so most things run smoothly
In addition to above comments, the car wasnt properly cleaned. Our service pack had expired and they wouldnt let us extend (although when we got car was told would be ok) and they called me in for wrong service
Service reception is now within BMW main showroom and resulted in us waiting both when dropping the mini off and collecting it. Not slick!
