I waited for by car, I was offered coffee and the staff efficient and welcoming. Short wait whilst another customer was dealt with but the staff member apologised for the delay

Very dissatisfied. My car wasn't even valleted to a standard . Windows smeared. Extremely long wait times given the car had been handed over as soon as the dealership was open

Only issue was that my dash cam was disconnected and not reconnected, I drove to Nottingham straight after my visit was was not aware that this had been done until I arrived.

the service light is still on after the MOT which I was advised would be reset on the day Also I am unsure why my car is booked in for an entire day as it's not practical when you have a child and do not live near the dealership

Basics of service not completely carried out. ie: Tyre pressure low when car collected. (Had to stop at garage on way home to put air in tyres) Disappointing. Not clean inside

Had the car in at 8am for an MOT. Having returned to pick it up at 17.00, was told at 17.45 it had failed on a windscreen chip.

It took longer than I was expecting - 2.5hrs to be told wasn't fixed needed a part, took it back another day but part faulty but then given a demo car to use so that helped
