Staff did not communicate the reason for the delay in looking at my car. They could have explained the problem, when I dropped the car off at 9 am, let me know through the day by telephone or explain to me when I returned to pick the car up at 4 pm.

Inaurance meant no car for 3 weeks

The hour and a half wait appt took almost 2 hours, and that was without the car being valeted and washed, as I was told the valeting team were short staffed.

See above. Some kind soul turned off the Heads Up display - I had to search the inventory to find the simple switch that turned it back on again. I look upon this as a valuable lesson learnt.

The receptionist was so very friendly and kept me informed of progress, the waiting area was lovely with plenty of drinks and even a cake and the service was completed on time and Nigel in sales was very welcoming.

Sophie the Service assistant was super and helpful however the palaver of having to go to the reception desk, told to sit in waiting area then escorted to desk is fine as long as you are not left waiting. This was my experience twice on this visit.

Car was damaged when I received it back from the workshop.Height adjustment lever was discovered to have been broken in your presence.It was swiftly fixed, but should not have happened and no apology/discount/sweetener offered.

Service is good, but I did experience a wait when picking up my car of about 45 minutes. There was a lot of people having the same experience, at least 10 of us all expecting to pick up the car at 5pm. The waiting area is good with free WiFi and coff
